Land Surveying

From 1979 to 2006, McGhie & Betts, Inc. has prepared plats for over 13,000 lots in Olmsted County. These lots include residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial properties. Within that 27 year span, we have platted just over 54% of the total number of lots platted in Olmsted County.

The cornerstone of our success is the licensed land surveyors guiding the activities of the field crews. These crews are equipped with high accuracy GPS receivers, total stations and electronic data collectors. We are able to produce high quality mapping in a minimum amount of time. Our staff has diverse experience in all phases of the surveying field.
