Mayo Woodlands Subdivision

Rochester, MN

Mayo Woodlands is a 470-acre rural residential community within the Rochester Township. A Special District was created to develop 43 rural style lots and 80 cluster style lots preserving hundreds of acres of natural landscape.  The site is located along the Zumbro River and has over 300 acres of tree covered open space, walking trails and connections throughout the development. MBI provided a myriad of services from inception through final permitting as described below.
