McGhie & Betts has provided complete development services for the 100-acre parcel on the corner of 19th Street and West Circle Drive in northwest Rochester. Kwik Trip purchased the property and will anchor a commercial development along the roadway frontages with some industrial properties to the rear. Over 500,000 yards of earth have been moved for the project.
